The scene
Harry and Hagrid walk through the market on their way to the Leaky Cauldron. A blue door in Bull’s Head Passage played the pub’s entrance.
The market has been trading since the Middle Ages. Its ornate iron and glass roof was designed by Sir Horace Jones in 1881.
Now full of restaurants, pubs and shops serving City workers. It’s busy at lunch and quiet on weekends.
Stand at the Gracechurch Street entrance and shoot down the central arcade.
“The “Leaky Cauldron” door is in Bull’s Head Passage, not on the main arcade. Easy to miss, so look for the little side alley.”
